This weekend I met up with Heather, her wonderful husband Justin, and their 100% energy packed lil’ dude Dane.  Heather is expecting a girl very shortly, and I think she is ready for the calmness of tea parties and dress-up.  Dane is quite the guy, he was probably the most unshy child I have ever met, from the moment we walked in he was telling us all about everything!  So cute!

Heather is gorgeous, and has amazing hair.  She is a local stylist and preggers, so it’s just not fair!  I had so much fun on this shoot with them.  Getting Dane to pose with his mommy and lil’ sister was quite the adventure, but we managed to get him in a few!  I can’t wait to go back and capture their first few days together.  I am sure Justin is ready for Daddy’s lil’ girl, and Heather is anticipating sugar and spice, and Dane, well Dane will be the best big brother ever!

Thank you so much to Justin and Heather for being so wonderful… I know a session is a lot of hard work (I made them trek around this awesome field… shhhh it is a top secret location)

This last weekend we met up with my friend from high school Lindsay, her husband Danny and their two adorable kids!  Lindsay contacted me a while back about wanting to have some family/couple pictures taken to celebrate her 10 year wedding anniversary.  Besides feeling very old, I was totally thrilled to be asked to capture such a wonderful event!  Lindsay and Danny remind me exactly how I want to be with Chris in 10 years.  They laughed the whole time, and you could see how in love they still were after all this time!  I love the stories of high school sweet hearts getting married and still happy!  Here are some of my favorite shots of the day… Lindsay is still as gorgeous as she was in high school…

A couple months ago I decided that I was going to give my business an extreme makeover.  I have been working on my logo (which I love), and my new website is almost done thanks to the very fabulous people at bludomain.com.  I have also been trying to update my portfolio, to have some ultra chic galleries to go along with my new look.  Heather & Seth were very sweet to volunteer their Sunday to help me capture some new maternity photos!  Heather and Seth are a beautiful couple, who are so sweet, and in the short amount of time I spent with them I know they are going to make wonderful parents!  Hey, they even found me the coolest little secret shot to shoot by my house!  I am really loving a lot of these shots, so it was a pretty tough decision to get it down to these.  Thank you so much to Heather & Seth, you were such great sports, and I can not wait till your lil’ guy arrives!!!
