No weeekend storm could keep Chris and I away from shooting the Tukua’s new Duo.  I will call them Baby B&B.  I have been lucky enough to know Shawn since we were in middle school, and he was even my date to senior prom.  Shawn and his wife Erin are the cutest, sweetest, most perfect couple.  Erin is this fabulous cook, and had a whole bunch of yummy treats waiting when we arrived.  There house is going to be great, and their new twins are the sweetest things.  This was such a fun shoot, and even though baby B&B were hesitant to getting their pictures taken, I think we snuck in a few good shots!  Shawn and Erin are amazing parents.  They say the first weeks of parenthood are the most wonderful and the most trying… and thats just with one baby, they get double.   We are so happy for the new family, and we can’t wait to shoot with them in 3 more months!!

I love my best friend Sonja, we have been inseparable since high school.  With the most amazing best friend, naturally comes the most amazing family.  I have some pictures of then up on my blog, and now I get to add some of their newest addition to their family.  Sonja’s cousin Emma turns 2 this week, and so her mom wanted to take some cute pictures.  Emma and her grandma came over to our house, and we played around our complex for a while.  Emma naturally loved the playground, and of course, like most kids… the puddles!  She is such a lil’ sweet pea.  Look and see….

My most favorite shot of the day!

On Saturday evening Chris and I headed down to San Diego and did a family shoot for The Riley Family, and oh my goodness they were just the most wonderful family to work with!  It was the eve of their son’s big indoor birthday party, and he was super excited to have an indoor obstacle course at his house.  These guys LOVE each other, you can see it in every inch of them.  It is the most wonderful feeling when you get to capture that love in a picture.  I hope they have the most wonderful 4th year together!
